Commercial questions:
By default, the customer receives non-exclusive Platform and application licenses. Granting exclusive rights to applications are discussed on an individual basis.
Exclusive rights to Platform are not transferred and remain with the vendor.
Suitable hardware requirements are calculated by our project management office based on the Customer’s expected bandwidth capacity per unit time, on average and at peak times. The selection procedure takes into account the following parameters:
- Number of users.
- Number of processed objects.
- Number of executed processes/algorithms.
Procedure and conditions of technical support provision:
Paid per hour.
An hourly rate depends on the size of the purchased hour package.
Package options:
- Т&M – 4500 rub/hr
- 30 hrs/mo – 4250 rub/hr
- 60 hrs/mo – 4000 rub/hr
- 90 hrs/mo – 3750 rub/hr
- More than 120 hrs/mo – 3500 rub/hr
Versions with long-term support are released once a quarter. In most cases, updates are performed with the same frequency.
Project pricing:
- License fee / customer support.
- Implementation activities (the cost is defined by our project management office based on the analysis of the Customer’s requirements).
- Technical support.
- Training.
The baseline training cost is 350,000 rub (not including the cost of the coach visiting the premises).
Training includes 5 days of intensive learning and two weeks of mentorship.
Project implementation questions
- Pre-project exploration: at this stage, the top-level work scope and the list of the future system’s integrations are defined.
Additionally, a detailed work scope is defined for the MVP. - Implementing the MVP according to the approved requirements, work scope and deadlines.
- Defining the next stage and its work scope.
- Implementing the work scope defined at the previous stage.
- Repeating steps 3 and 4 until the project is completed.
Platform supports cluster configuration. Cluster nodes can be located either on the same server or on several ones. Cluster configuration allows for not only increasing the number of available resources, but also improving the fail-safety of the whole system. If one of the nodes fails, its allocated tasks are distributed among other nodes.
- Storing files directly in the DBMS.
- Storing files on the disk in network folders and passing the link to Platform.
- Using a separate solution for storing files, and integrating Platform with them.
